“Thank you for guiding me through the last three weeks. The elimination of sugar from my diet has been an amazing experience. I feel like my body has stabilized in a healthy place. I feel a completely different kind of hunger now. Prior to the detox, I would experience bouts of overwhelming hunger. My October 2008 physical revealed high cholesterol and hypertension. Not wanting to go on medication, I enrolled in Food Therapy’s individual nutrition program. Owning my own computer business, I travel extensively and work long hours, but Kristin gave great information and coaching on how and when to eat and how to fit healthy habits into a busy schedule. We held our sessions over the phone, and it worked well for my busy life on the road. I was surprised to discover that small changes can make a big impact, and over time, nutrition became fun.
